Any person 60 years of age and over and the spouse of that person regardless of age; Persons with disabilities age 18-59 if they reside in a housing facility occupied primarily by the elderly at which congregate nutrition services are provided or if they reside with a person 60 years of age or older AND accompany person to the congregate nutrition service site

Description

Programs and services designed to help older adults live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Services include congregate meals, home delivered meals and space during extreme weather emergency.

Services include senior ride programs, tax preparation assistance, advocacy, long term care ombudsman programs, medication information/management, certified application counselor programs, case/care management, area agencies on aging and space during extreme weather emergencies.
