  • Homeowners/Renters
  • Seniors 60 years and older
  • Individuals that are disabled
  • Households with children 5 years and under
Health Homes HVAC:
  • Income Guidelines Apply
  • Tenant’s income must be 80% or below area median

  • Proof of Renting
Healthy Houses HVAC:

  • Documentation from tenant and landlords

Housing Weatherization:
  • No fee associated with homeowner occupied units
  • For renters their landlord is required to contribute 50% for all mechanical work, as well as a $150.00 assessment fee, call for details
