- Must achieve eligible scores on tests administered by the St. Louis Public Schools Gifted Testing Offices.
- Minimum 125 on an IQ test
- 95% on academic achievement tests

- Copy of child's G-T Report (SLPS Summary Psychological Evaluation)
- Child's original, state-issued birth certificate
- Proof of residence
- Must current IEP (Individual Education Plan) and evaluation report required for students needing special education services
